All These Things Right Now

2021

"A good old fashioned wigout rock act, with busy and fractious compositions and sixties tinges. The summery title track and the jangly Just Like Nero stand out."
The Musician Magazine.
Produced by Jose Manu-Arteaga

2019

"A fine set from the four-piece, with oddball lyrics belying a knack for hooks.
The band really takes off when locked into a groove, as on the joyous opener Toast the Night".
The Musician.
Produced by Tim Lee.

2012

Low-fi quirky folk rock from the UK. The quartet The Blue Yellows have just released their All These Things Right Now EP. The balance is a bit off but that doesn't get in the way of the tunes. Lead singer and composer Jonathan Tarplee has a powerful voice that can handle the radio-friendly ballad Feels Like Sunshine, the vuadevillian ditty Big Low Copper Moon and the EPs' stand out track, the jump blues rocker No Tobacco, No Jesus with ease.
Don't forget to take note of the good time music backing vocals supplied by the female half of the band. Go check them in a cool bar and buy them a pint or two.
Here Comes The Flood.
Produced by Daniel J. Logan.
